1) If you see any errors or omissions please bring it to my attention ASAP.

2) Each year it seems this event attracts over 34 boats and we somehow manage to get everyone in. There will always be spots opening up on the list as some will inevitably drop out as their boat may sell, have mechanical issues or a personal reason preventing someone from attending. We will continue to maintain a list beyond the initial 28 slips and work with the Hyatt to see how much rafting they will allow ( not usually much ) and see who if any drop out for the various reasons mentioned. I will also be in touch with Marina Jacks to check on availability there. It is only 5 minutes away.

It appears that all 40 Hyatt hotel rooms have now been booked and our block of rooms at $ 195.00 is sold out. I will be in touch with my contact at the Hyatt on Monday morning and request some additional rooms for our group. They usually need to go up the chain for approval so it may be late Monday or even Tuesday before I will hear back. In looking at the list of 32 registered Captains 23 have room(s) booked so far.

At this time we are going to close the event to any further registrations until this initial group have secured their hotel rooms and we find additional slippage. Hyatt is more than full and Marina Jack's have a boat show that weekend so we are unsure at this point if any more boats can be accommodated. I will post additional information as it comes available.
