Hello Earl and welcome. You should be fine with that setup. There will be a group of boats content to run around 50 MPH so you should not have any trouble keeping up with that group. There will be some in the club running faster of course but they will go ahead and we find that everyone settles into smaller groups according to speed. With it only being about 50 miles there will only be a spread of about 10 or 15 minutes from fastest to slowest boats arriving at lunch. Sign up at www.ftmyersoffshore.com under " Membership" and be sure to include your insurance information. If after the run you decide it's not for you, we will refund your membership fee. I'm sure you will feel very welcome.

A nice initial response to the roll call with 17 boats confirmed already. Think I will get the Nor Tech out of storage for this run and give it some exercise. Haven't used it since Key West in November.

My boat has to go back to Renegade for a little tune up.
