My choice would be Innovation Marine. Doller Offshore in Hollywood Fl. has a 700hp,598ci. fresh water cooled,fuel injected engine on display with a one year warranty Built by Innovation Marine. I have their 800hp motors in my boat.

Yes, mine will be fresh water cooled also but carburated.

I have a 600 ci merlin with low compression and a dominator making low 700's and idles like a stock 454! never had a complaint. (just some input) :D

Why do you want a carb? The latest fuel injection is pretty easy to work with.

Carbs still make more power!!.... :p :rolleyes: :D When I see fuel injection on pro stock motors I'll change my thinking :drink:

I agree about a carb making more peak power assuming it is sized accordingly. Three circuit dominators are very tuner friendly these days. The benefits of EFI are numerous, but bang for your buck and maximum HP a carb is still tough to beat.
