I have a safety chain from the bow eye to the trailer frame... not the winch post.... and tie downs on the transom. I don't think my boat would come off my trailer if it rolled down a hill!!!!

SHE is really wanting me to fix it so WE can take it out on the lake. She's never been on Lake Michigan... she bugs me to fix it more than anyone!!

That mishap happened in front of West Marine on Federal Highway down by the airport. Amazing that so often, no one is hurt or killed when this happens. :rolleyes: Ed
