That 30 Velocity will probably scream. The 30' Velocity was the first V-hull to break 100 with 420's back in the 80's. The original Stepp hulls rocked. You only hear good things about the Sunsations and the Active Thunders.

Good lucj=k with whatever you get!

Anyone know why several companies quit building their 32 +/- foot boats (Donzi 33ZX, Fountain 32 Fever, Formula 312) ?

I'm not sure if it's anything that some of you might be interested in, but my Bullet is in the classifieds. I've already bought/moved up to a Top Gun. The Bullet is a great boat, a lot heavier than the newer boats and takes some HP to get it going, but you can't beat the ride in any conditions!!

Looks as if Wardey was referencing the Extreme 29.

Glad that I finally read this.
Didn't concider my boat part of the "fast company" club, but reading all this and getting mid 80's I guess it's better then I thought. Specially now that the dino came out great and with new headers I might able to do a bit more tweaking.
What's a "stock power" anyway?
The boat is in calssified but it's 525's and an actual 33' plus the swim platform. Guess this puts the Avanti "out of the running"
