Rottiguy,
Make sure you empty the water seperators often, water in your fuel is a killer for the EFI also, it can cause alot of problems.
I dump mine after every 2 tanks of fuel.

very nice pkg...just picked up a 30 spectre with 2003 300x's spinning 15x32's @ 6200 rpms, 2 people approx 100 gals of fuel abd ran 105.5...completely stock, and to the best of my knowledge no crazy fuel pumps, and will run nothing but merc premium plus. 9 out of 10 people i talk to says to stick with it.

Re: WoooooHoooooo I got a skater!!!!!!!!
ok I have the gold regulators so I guess my fuel has to be at 39psi. If I put on a larger pump than that do I need another regulator or will the one on the fuel rail do it? Is the bosch 984 pump the one i want? Im trying to find one today so I can get back out there tonight. Aeromotive also has one thats like 45psi, thats close to what the sxperformance pumps I have now are running at.

Also have you carefully checked your tank pickups....? Removed the cover plates on the tanks and inspected the actual pickups?....and tank bottoms?

DANGER!!!
DO NOT PUMP THROUGH THE WATER SERPARATING FUEL FILTERS......... THEY CANNOT HOLD THE PSI!
If you want to pump through a filter get an billet Aeromotive. Just so you guys know the bosch pumps that you have pump OVER 100 psi, the SX is an OK pump, but as our own T2X says, get a WELDON..... you bought the Skater.... why not contine the trend.
RT
BTW.... who ever said it is only an outboard, you don't need that big a pump.......... that is very wrong. You need HUGE pumps, remember the fuel runs in a bypass.
