Ok, What are you guyz payin to insure your rides? I'm thinkin a 28 with a single 525....Am I still bent over to the insurance gods?

Ins won't be the problem, just going that much slower Awesome boat, great for rough water we had, however slow compared to the cat. Just to give you an ideal , I pay $730-00 a year full coverage. I get 12 months ins for you 1month
Weathr looks great this weekend, headed out today

Frank, I agree with Johno.

Get hold of the insurance companies "hot list" and kind of look that over and see where you stand with what you might be interested in.

Speed is relative: you can't enjoy it if you can't afford to drive it, no matter what you've got. Just my two cents anyway.

Like I said before, I really hope you and Jana don't leave boating. Russ

24pantera w/ 500hp @ $780- NY rate.
From World wide marine. w/ lay up... boat will do 80+.

Wow, thats high.
I shopped my ins, went with NBOA out of Sarasota. Progressive was 1600 & Boat US guys were smoking crack at 5k. Thats a 29 with twin 250's....but a CC & I list it as a Fishboat

$2300. per year 28 Pantera 650+ hp N.J., but I had a $60K claim 3 years ago when my 33 Avanti sank.
