As far as the F2 teams, I cant really answer that one, F1 the final rules came out with a short time b4 the season and I have heard rumours that there will be 3-4 more teams by mid summer. Its tough changing from a 500hp/525hp setup to a 496HO setup and do the dial-in, in such a short timeframe
