Johnson Controls SEA100 and 4th Annual Poker Run schedule...
 

Some of you know that my company (JCI in Holland, MI) has a boat club. We do one after work run a month from Holland to Saugatuck (about 7 miles one way on Lake Michigan) for burgers, fries, and beverages. These are just "fun runs" with a common destination, Coral Gables. Cost is $10 a person, which get's you dockage for the boat, a GREAT hamburger/cheeseburger with all the fixins, fries, and the tip. This is a really good deal as dockage is normally $10 per boat and we get a group discount on the food. Beverages are on your own...

We also do one charity poker run each year... on a week night with a fairly short course to keep it cheap and simple. That run will be on July 12th this year. That is a Tuesday night. EVERYONE is welcome on all our runs... you don't have to be a JCI employee.

We meet at 6:00 pm at the inside of the Holland Channel, where VanAndell keeps his boats at the far West end of Lake Macatawa.... then we head south at 6:10 pm as a group (some faster than others of course!) to Saugatuck. The trip back is normally in the dark, so plan for that.

mike sounds like fun, we will be at the cottage the week of july 12th. if the boat still runs after sotw i'm in. you still need to stop by and see the new paint.

Todd, what night this week works for you? Any night but Thursday is good for me. I'd love to see the new paint.

During the week... coke mostly. Been known to have the occasional Bud Light though...

How about Wed. after work? I really need to get my spare motor out of my storage unit this week... Tuesday might be the day for that.

I'm up for the runs to Saugatuck. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do the dinner thing as the lift to get me from the boat into my wheelchair is attached to the trailer. So don't be surprised if you see a little Donzi trying to keep up with you but not showing for dinner. I'll be sure to drive down to the Gables at least once so I can meet you guys.
