Gas prices in England are probably 4x what they are here, so they boat a little differently than us in the states. Cougar's website is http://www.cougar-powerboats.com
They're still making some great boats, but just a little smaller than they used to. |

I guess there is no mold for an aluminum boat like a Cougar. I wonder if Cougar still has the plans for any of the older aluminum boats.

Skater quotes hull weight at 5,000# on the 46. The aluminum 50 Cougar weighed around 11,500# bare. |

The heaviest 50' Cougar cat was the first one, Popeye's, at 8,010 pounds. Don't know what the lightest one weighed. I weighed the first one myself....
