Yellow stain removal from fuel seapage

What's the best way to remove a yellowish stain resulting from a small fuel seapage on the fiberglass? Boat is new and had a good coat of wax. Stained in less than a week.

Bleach didn't work. Looks like it worked itself into the clearcoat. Fortunately it's below the water line, but I'm gonna lose sleep!

Acetone. Been using it for last 5 or 6 years.

Try FSR or Acetone, be careful with the acetone.
