thunderboats book

hope someone out there can help me out, i am trying to find this book , and a picture of a top gun named INSTIGATOR
if someone could scan the pic and the caption it would be most appreciated :D

I have it at home. Book from the '80s with a Yellow Donzi on it, right? Will try and get to it tonight.

the book with the yellow donzi is called muscle boats...
I have it, but I don't remember any instigator cigarette in it, I'll look
