If you have thru transom with no muffs you'll be at least 95 db.

Wire the silent choice closed,unhook the wires to solenoids being its powered open,tell them thats how you ALWAYS run it and its NEVER worked any other way,pass the noise test voluntarily and if your hauling arse near them or idling just turn it off,Smitty
