I wished I could do both events---too bad they're on the same day, but I have been trying to make the Northern Michigan Fun Run for the last 2-3 years, and meet all those guys in it that I have been telling these past years that I would be there! So, now that my boat is running (or at least it should be here in short order) I still want to remain commited to the Fun Run with Yzbert. Hopefully, at some point perhaps we will run into the Grand Traverse Poker Run boaters while in the bay area.

Tomorrow I will be hanging headers, GIL tubular motor mounts, and bellhousings. Wedsensday will be engine installation day. Heck, I am beginning to wonder if the boat will still float after all this time out of the water??? :(

Anyone know when the race is on the Indian River/Burt Lake/Mullet Lake with those tiny flat bottom outboard powerboats this year?-----and is anyone going???

I am planning on it but, I will be using my friends boat. I have the transom out of mine. I think you may remember Maury, he was with me last year while the girls shopped. He ran it a couple of years ago. I do not think he has ran it in the run since you started the run...
