Default Boat related, New Gilligan's Island...

Crazy Charlie of Crazy Charlie's marina/bar in Tickfaw, La. is playing the Skipper. He owns an old school cig and his bar is the starting point and ending point for the Tickfaw 200 Poker Run. (BTW - He really is crazy. )

Isn't this the second time they have picked someone from the offshore boating community for that show? I believe last time it was the Millionaire and His Wife. Someone in the selection process must be an offshore person.

I don't watch the show normally, but it is a Sat. am and I was flipping through the channels and recognized Charlie. I tuned in long enough to watch him and his team make the other team look pretty bad.

Your right last time it was a racer and his wife the Bevens (sp?) They were the "poor" millionaires and I don't think she was very popular with the rest of the cast. It is funny two years in a row, there is a connection here.

Can't say we watch the show though, or most of what's on TV now

Kind of a cheesy show but I still watch it. Crazy Charlie made the other captain look like a fool in the sinking boat challenge.

Didn't know Charlie was on there or I would have been watching it.
