Key West Races OSS?

Are all the racing organization going to be in Key West for the Worlds like last year? I went on OSS and it has TBD for that weekend. Already booked for this year and still going, but I'd like to know who will and won't be there.

SBI/APBA will be in Key West alone. OSS will probably be in St Pete the same week.
