33 Powerplay Question

I know this would be better placed in the PP forum, but there is minimal traffic there.

Can anyone tell me what the dry weight of a 33 sport deck is? Normal setup, no stagger, twin N/A BBC. They list the hull weight on the PP website (surprised it's still up), but no info on a complete boat.

Thanks in advance,

Andy

I think it's approx. 7,800lbs.

Gerard you boat was about 6500# dry, the transport guy told me when I bought it thats what the scale gave it. So that was on the Race model and I would go with 7400# on the pleasure.????? But what the hell do I know.

I don't know either...If that's what the transport guy said the scale read, I guess that's it :D I did get a very informative email from a former Powerplay employee (ED here on OSO) about my boat (your Ex. :D ) and he said that my boat was approx. 500lbs less than a sportdeck.
Matt...when are you coming out to visit man?? WE just closed on a house in Lake Havasu. You and Amy should come out for a visit :D

Re: 33 Powerplay Question

I know and want to badly. At the current time I am replacing water pumps, one went bad so I figured just do both....got a call yesterday from buddy of mine who was working on another boat and spotted drive oil coming from top of drive so that is keeping the account empty for a bit but I am coming soon! Now that you have a home in Havasu you just as well take the boat off the market.

You are welcome out here anytime. :D I hope everything works out on the boat okay for you. Our boat is still for sale. We still like the Gladiator. The Superboat Y2K is also an option. I like the sitdown V bottoms :D

It's a 30' sit down V bottom with a 7' beam that is said to be a great running boat. Even has a cabin. :D
