Someone just buzzed my beach - C for yourself
Just saw a red and white twin outboard go-fast buzz by my house in belmar....Sharkey's Checkmate?
Pic isnt the best, but take a look. I have a full motion vid cam on my deck looking at the ocean, right by the Shark River inlet in Belmar.
http://mcgarycam.afraid.org Youll need to use internet explorer, and may be prompted for a plugin....
Bought the cam for $99 just for the hell of it. Pretty cool. I can get a nice beach view from my windowless office in NYC.
Cam even cheaper now

I spent all my summers when I was growing up in Belmar lived on the corner of 1st & A before there was the condos on the river. Had the best view of the river & bridge. Great town back then. Did alot of boating on Shark river.

LS, that's pretty cool. I live about 200' from where you grew up. Small OSO world, huh? And I'm starting to think FL myself. Tampa bay area is cool.

Thanks for the info on the cameras. Ive been looking for a cheap way to improve security around here. I just ordered 4 cameras - Dirveway, pool, boathouse, & boatlift.

My dad grew up boating on shark river. His mom had the yellow house in Avon on the river by the marina. We spend our summers there now.
nice idea with the webcam.
