Default Help Clogged head

Chicks put to much boating toilet paper down the head, it totally clogged. I have the y valve in the overboard position and it still wont flush. What should I do? Do you use a plunger on a boat head system or is their some other way?

It definitely sounds chitty!!! No real chit involved here, just girls putting to much paper down the pipe. So, is the wet vac the best way to go or can I hook up a hose on full blast to push the chit through or Drano or hydrochloric acid?

Evan,
Were you using the "marine" biodegradeable TP? That stuff will break up and dissappear in time. I wouldn't put ANY chemicals in there!!

Re: Help Clogged head

hate to tell you this. just take apart the hoses from the toilet and pull out the paper. it happened to me at havasu and it is a pain in the ass. Just grin and bear it. you have to clean out all of the hoses from the head to the holding tank. If you put your mind to it, it is not really that bad. Ha
