powerplay conquest

I'm looking at a 23' powerplay conquest, in Nadaguide.com any powerplay newer than '91 they say to go to powerquest, are these the same company with just a name change?

Yep, the current Powerquest company from Holland, MI was originally called Powerplay or Power Play. I've heard different stories, some with lawyers and some without, but the bottom line is that the Michigan company found out that there was a Powerplay Boats (now out of business)in Florida, and the FL company had the name first. So they changed the name to Powerquest.
