South Beach- Waterfont condo with 40' deeded dock
 

Anyone know someone looking for a condo in South Beach with a dock? A friend of mine has a 2/2 with amazing views of Biscayne bay (1440 Sq.Ft) with a 40' deeded dock for a boat or lift. Walking distance to Lincoln Road, Sobe nightlife and beaches. Asking price is $690k. It also has two parking spots. Josh 305-695-8257

Okay, last time I looked down there, the mm costs were $790 + !!!!

What are they on this one? Any crazies running the "ownership" committees? That is what you really get screwed on with Florida condos...marble hallways and multiple secrataries for the secret ownership committee members, absentee and other less powerful owners pay!

yeah i know. the maintance is getting to be very expensive down here. I believe it is $606/mo. I know it isnt cheap, but the dock is a pretty nice added bonus. the building is beautiful. i told her i would post it here, so anyone is interested, send me an email: [email protected]
