Re: Seen this floating near Cleveland!
Oakland Estuary California june of 2001.
Played hooky from work, went for a blast in the bay with a friend, stopped for lunch at Scotts seafood, tied up the boat infront of
Scotts....had a nice lunch on a beautiful day until....noticed police action at and around my boat, police taping the area and was pulled out of the restaurant andasked to go to my boat. The harbor master found a deadbody lightly snagged to my trim tab. It was later disclosed to me that it was not uncommon to find homeless folks passing-out and drowning and the propwash while docking sturred up the water and the body happen to find my boat's trim tab bringing lots of attention to a day that I was trying to hide and relax...
Oakland, what a city!

Re: Seen this floating near Cleveland!
I feel bad for you Hudson river guys. I was on a boat in Peekskill a few years ago for a test run after some repairs. Saw a car tire on rim in water also what looked like a railroad tie. It seems alot of debris gets washed down after a good rain, or when snow melts upstate. Anyway, a few months later the same guy was up in Kingston going through the locks, and hit something in the water destroying both Bravo 3's and putting a gigantic bruise in the bottom of the boat. He really had to pay for that one. Has since sold boat and moved to Jersey shore. BBB
