Rons. The quality is great. However, they were very back ordered. Never bothered to let me know. Finally called to see what the heck was going on and they told me another six weeks!!! After I calmly FREAKED OUT, I received all the grills in a week (Nobody ever uses the chicken)

The cover looks really nice, but is that the speaker right THERE....is there a covering to protect the speaker material? It appears to be very open to the speaker......

And who did you order them from.

That is the speaker. The grill I selected is very open however, I have yet to have an issue. I ordered mine direct from Ron's Custom Detail. I Believe you should find all the info you need here: www.ronscustomdetail.com
If you notice, Ron's grills have an outside tab to fasten the grill down. I liked that particular look. Many other brands do not have this fastner.

Thats the reason i put the screen in mine. I bought the screen from home depot, some clear silicone, and paint. cut the screen to fit the inside diamaterthen put the silicone around the perimiter and in the center. I cut 2 round sections of screen to and positioned then slightly diff to tighten the mesh look. once you put the screen in and press it into the silicone it squeezes out and binds the screen. as it drys it pulls the screen taught.
