Re: Lake St Clair 2,000 boats raftoff
Awesome day out there, good to see everyone that I did. Like everyone else said the line was just too long to walk the whole way. The current generated by that many people walking thru it was unbelievable too!

Re: Lake St Clair 2,000 boats raftoff
Unofficial counts looks like record was broken by approximately 300 plus boats. They are waiting on Guiness to confirm all the registrations.
Great job to all who were involved.
A great CHARITY fund raiser...

I wonder how many beers are out there? Or how much urine is in the water between the two lines?
Or how many breasts are in the picture?

Re: Lake St Clair 2,000 boats raftoff
Party Cove sure looked crowded, and I hear it is a blast. The difference in this event is that all the boats had to be connected. They are saying there were about 1,700 hundred boats tied together, hopefully that is correct and then we will have the record If you count the total number of boats in the bay that were not connected to the main raft there would be over 2,000. It was funny we were getting ready to join the line and a small ski boat got in front of us, we did not want to tie the 43" BT to the ski boat so we had to wait till a few more boats tied up, there were boats of all differnt sizes and shapes out there.
