Twin Turbo Rotary power?
Check out this video.
http://media.putfile.com/turborotaryboat82
Looks like the boat is moving pretty good......the last 5 seconds or so of the video are pretty wild.
Anyone know anything about this boat? I did a bit of googling, and didn't come up with anything.....

I can't open the file but there have been many rotary marine engines as well as air craft engines. John Deere designed a military platform that they purchased from Curtiss Wright that seemed to work well until press day.
I saw the Wankel boat shown at this link in Germany at a rotary exhibit. It had what looked like a Volvo Duo-prop.

There was a SKUNK works in Ventura Ca. where a lot of development was done for a number of companies like Mazda and others.
One of the first Rotory was developed into a marine engine and tested in the ocean close by, The President of Mazda was at the location a number of times along with his head of Eng to take test rides in the boats.
The mazda marine motor was developed by Rotory Eng. from Seattle.
I have a lot of old photos around someplace.
