Caribbean Yacht Charter Info Needed

Have any of you ever chartered a "small" yacht in the Caribbean?

The fiance and I are looking to do something this winter and I don't know where to start...

I know we don't want to bareboat...we're looking for a captain/mate crewed boat and want to sit back and do nothing... :)

Any ideas?

Go to BVI or USVI. There are a bunch. We chartered at 55' Cat with a captain and cook in the BVI's.
