Arrive @ 8:30 am Toms River Lobster Shanty. Buffet breakfast, drivers meeting, shop at the NJPPC Store for apparel and hit the bathroom before heading to the docks between 11:00am and 11:30am.

Decide which course you will take. Offshore course or the inside course. This can be decided at the drivers meeting after you are informed of the sea conditions by DaveP when he gets the current conditions called into him.

From there you head south....
ICW or out Barnegat Inlet.
The inside leg may run out to the Mullica River for a card stop.
This was done on our last AC Run and people seem to have enjoyed it.
Then head to AC, tie up and have a great time! Lunch will be served and the awards given out later in the day. Those that choose not to stay overnight will be departing around 6PM for the trip back!

Weather so far looks to be 84 degrees and humid.
Bring plenty of water onboard. It is not a race, so the extra weight won't matter!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Weather Report For Saturday – Sat. 11am

84 degrees / Sunny



1. Please arrive at the Lobster Shanty in Toms River NJ at 8:30am – Saturday August 27th



2. STAY AWAY from all Sailboats in the Toms River. Please also keep your speed limited to 50-55mph.



3. Please make sure that you and all of your crew have life jackets for the Poker Run.



4. Please bring fenders! We will be rafting boats and fenders are a must! We will be rafting a lot of boats together. Bringing a large beach towel to lay down on your rear seat or sun pad will help keep your boat clean. The NJPPC Staff will be wearing Red SHORE DREAMS FOR KIDS T-Shirts. Please listen to them when docking. The only way we will accommodate all of these boats is with 100% cooperation.



5. If you walk across someone’s boat – PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES FIRST!



6. Make sure to have a lot of water onboard. It could be a very hot day!



7. NJPPC Clothing – we will have some new NJPPC items on display for sale only in the morning. ALL NJPPC T-SHIRTS - $10.00 BLOW OUT SALE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!!



8. Fuel your boat BEFORE Saturday morning.
