Adrenaline Powerboats - Pictures
I read a little bit about Adrenaline Powerboats on here a few weeks ago and thought I would share some more info. Last weekend I had the opportunity to see the new 24V in person at Lake Norman at Shake the Lake. This is the first 24 out of the mold and the look of the boat is amazing.
I had a chance to talk to Mike(the owner) for a while as well as his shop forman Steve. Mike is a super nice guys who like most of us is obsessed with boats. Steve was also very interesting. He used to be the crew chief for Alcone Motorsports and has built and rigged a lot of the race boats. Mike also does the painting himself in-house.
I have seen a comment on hear about the price he is asking for this particulat boat which I believe is around $105K. This boat has more upgrades than the other boats you would find in this size range(ITS drive,5k stereo, probably $3k just in the engine hatch cylinders?). Equivalently equiped I think these boats would compete with other boats in the 24'-27' size range. There is also the option of a small cuddy/strorage area that you would enter through the top hatch in the front.
Anyway, they are working on a 30' now that will get V10. It appears to me to be a company with a lot of potential.
