Snapincarpet.com did mine last year. Sent them my old stuff and had the new one back in just over a week
I upgraded to berber carpet like the newer Formulas have and I'm very happy with it :D

Can't comment on any of the other suggestions, but we have been using R and R textiles for several years and they are great as well. They offer a product with a heavy rubber backing called Aqua Mat and does not require snaps. Their site is:

They are who I used for the carpet in my Bullet.
Good luck.

Matworks makes nice stuff. Several OSO members here in VA have used them with good results.

I made my own patterns out of heavy brown packaging paper, and sent them to www.rrtextiles.com a couple seasons ago for my Sonic. The carpet quality was fantastic, and I was VERY pleased with the way they followed my pattern, fit, and finish.

Can you guys tell me about how much you paid. Our black thunder has a one piece design which I think is a pain. I would not mind replacing it with a two or three piece configuration. I like to pull it if we are anticiapating rain and trying to deal with the one piece is hard.

This guy does the nicest job I have ever seen. I have tried a bunch of differant guys. He blows them away in all areas; price, workmanship and the nicest quality carpet I've seen.
