Re: The Bravo Shop

Just make sure you have them ship whatever with FedEx freight....
They set me my uppers back with Overnite shipping and they arrived like this today!?
Needles to say they have to have the hacks ground out and be repainted.

Strip, everything ok with your home and such?

Re: The Bravo Shop

Dean has always done right by me. I would recomend his drive and transome assembly to anyone who plans on using big horsepower.

Never have used Dean yet but he has been responsive for every inquiry. Have heard nothing but good. He is about 12 miles up the beach road from me.

Doesn't matter who you ship with. Heavy+overnight=broken. Happens at my shop all the time.

Re: The Bravo Shop

Well, this is all interesting, since you mostly have had all good experiences with Dean. I have not!!!. With out going into great detail since the matter is still under discussion, well at least in my opinion, I have a problem and have tried to discuss it with him. I got one phone call into him and since then I have left no less than than two phone calls for him each week for a month, none have been returned. I will call him one more time an then I sue, my attorney is on retainer what do I care. Lying and misrepresentation is a crime in my book, and not returning a phone call to deal with the problem is an admission on guilt in my book. Especially after I have tried for a month to even talk to the guy. Stay tuned!!!
