Re: 38' KV Scarab
Nice lookin ride.....
I'll say it gets around 50k
The trannys may be able to handle 1200hp, but the TRS drives wont.

Re: 38' KV Scarab
Looks like a sweet ride, but how is it naturally aspirated and have 6:71 blowers? That is a rare find on the Kevlar flat deck though!

Re: 38' KV Scarab
Stupid question.
Is there such a thing as a 38 KV Larry Smith?
The deck looks like a standard KV. All the Larry Smith decks I've seen had different design with a wider cockpit.

Re: 38' KV Scarab
I thougth naturally aspirated meant "carb'd" to an internal combustion engine. you supercharge both 'carb'd' and fuel injected engines.

Re: 38' KV Scarab
That is a sweet ride. Alot of nice upgrades. A shame he put all that money into the boat and has to sell it cheap....I'm in the same situation

My thought was naturally aspirated was natural air flow to the intake. Superchargers force air to the intake.
Any experts to clarify this?
