We are fairly new members to the board and have not posted much. We have been reading all of the thoughtful words about the horrible accident that our fellow boaters were in.

We would like to get some kind of fund started to help the families of Steve, Ken, Chuck and Nelson. We were thinking that if everyone could reach deep into their pockets – maybe put off buying that new prop, carburetor , upgrades on that motor, etc. we could help make a difference. We know this won’t solve all of the financial needs, but it could help make the next couple of months just a little bit easerier.

Is there anyone out there that maybe works for a bank or has set this kind of fund up before that would be willing to help get this started?
