I have a hard time giving my CC info out before seeing the pixs. If I could see them first, even on a website and pick the pix out and pay then it would work for me.

Just about every poker run has a helo taking pics. Try one!

And they are FAR less hassle, and better quality, than dealing with these guys. An example is getting an email, years after the fact, claiming I never paid for pictures they sent me, but I promptly returned. Poor pics.

Maybe they have cleaned up their act. I sure hope so...for other's sake.

And be careful about copying pics they do send you. They are copyrighted.

Jeff,
I don't think it would be hard to find a photographer that would be willing to get a chopper for an hour or 2 and do a photo shoot of x number of boats. Break it all down among all of the particpants and it can cut down on the costs dramatically on everyone.

I am sorry to have to read about such experiences people have been having with this company.

Their practices should not be tolerated or legal...
I wonder what their source is for getting people's personal information to make contact ?

.

As for myself, I think I will stick to the website proofs.

If someone finds something they like they can purchase it right through the website.

It may not be the best way to generate alot of sales, but I feel more comfortable with people asking me for a product vs forcing it upon them...

In this case my customer from NY wanted to register his boat in Alabama because he planned to use it here most of the year.I registered it his name but used my home address for the registration#'s,as he did not have an Alabama address at the time.Apparently if they get the registration #'s they can get a name and address from the state. The letter was addressed to him at my home address. Most states will sell boat registration addresses for a small fee.Doesn't seem right but it happens all the time.

Gino..
Her's a thought.

Send them a bill for "oiling/lubing" theirs cars and choppers.
Then report them that your invoice wasn't paid. Let them be on the "other side of the receiving team"

I'm mass mailing bills and invoices to any one ever FÜCKED with me.

2000 Superboat 24 Step Bottom - Fresh 501 Re: I am so pissed!!!

Right now, all of the laws are written so that any creditor can place derogatory maeks on your report without having to prove a thing. Even if you dispute, they can still say that you owe the money to the reporting agency, and the agency will not remove the mark. At that point, you have to hire a lawyer and fight like hell.

In today's world we are all known by what is on our credit report. If your credit isn't perfect, you pay higher rates for INSURANCE!! How do late payments on credit cards turn into a higher risk driver? I want to know just who made that connection!! Anyway, the creditors rule the day, and it's up to you to prove your innocent. It isn't like the justice system.

And yes, in MOST states, if someone sends you something unsolicited, you are within your rights to keep it and not pay for it. That doesn't mean that they won't try to collect. They will. Then you will have to fight them all the way.

REALLY SUCKS!!!!

Maybe this will make y'all feel a little better.

One of their helicopter's went down at Lake Travis last year. No one was injured but it looks like it did a number on the helicopter.
