check , not to me , seller escrows the check with title company, guess you guys have never bought much commercial property, back pocket listing, these are sellers requirements not the sellers agent, email me, I 'll give you agents name, phone, I want no part of it at all,Jim

Seriously, that part of LOTO is one of the few places I would consider a second home. If I wanted to be that far away from this spaz joint down here.
