Default Legal help needed (boat related)

Does anyone in our legal dept. membership have experience in going after a broker who miss-represented some major information on a boat I bought? Aside of 70k in repairs and a year later, I still don't have clean title.
Anyone want to sink their teeth into something like this? I need to hire a pit bull attorney

DJD:

Sorry to hear of your troubles, what state was it purchased in?

If there was a contract does it specify which state in which any disputes are to be litigated?

Dave:

Give me a call on my cell at (914) 403-5896, or at the office at (203) 838-3210. Give me the details and I might be able to help you. This is on the Bertram, I assume?

Aside from being a broker I am also an attorney. (Helluva combination, I know!)

Did you buy it from National Marine?

That sucks, whoever you bought it from!

My thought exactly! We finally cleared up our title problems from National in early Spring. Hope it works out. Ours somehow did.
