Default Miami boat show hotels?

Looking for suggestions on hotels for the Miami boat show weekend. Perfer to be within walking distance of the convention center. Don't care about quality of hotel, all we do is crash there...

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Stayed at the Delano last year and it was a dump! Downstairs lobby and pool area are cool but you can see that without the $800 a night tab. Booked late and nothing available except high end. Rooms are crap and super overpriced!

DON'T stay at the Clifton . . . ( not to be confused with the Clinton ).

I booked it two days before the show. I thought, "what the hell, its on lower Collins, and two blocks from Ocean, two blocks north of the Clevelander, it's in the Deco - how bad can it be ?" . . . especially for $109/night ? . . . YIIIIIKES.

It can be BAD . . . . real bad. . .
BUT - the little sweetie ( maybe 17 ) at the front desk has really nice tits. . . .

* EDIT * - I mean like "picture-postcard" nice tits. Not kiddin here.

I stay at the Winterhaven. 1400 Ocean in SoBe. Renovated in 2001, Nice lobby w/ Martini Bar and front porch to chill on. No pool, small but very neat rooms. Rate was $299, but I found $169 through Hotelplusportal.com. 10 minute walk to show, 5 minute stumble from the Cleavlender

Don't worry, every room comes with a pair of earplugs and some of those black eye covers that make it all dark for the people who can't hang.
