Hey Mike!
Could`nt help but notice that the dash on your Glastron cold stand a little dressing up. Maybe these would help.

Fred, it's long enough to work well on the boat. Long shaft or short shaft I'm not sure. And it's a late 60' or early 70's motor... about the same age as the 50 on my Glastron.

And yes, autopilot on the 'Tron!!! Actually I was only going about 12 mph or so... which is on plane for that boat (it will stay on plane at 9 mph). Notice how wet the windshield is!! A few boat wakes made for a wet ride... wet but fun!

baha bob.
I guess we'll mark this one up as a drunken post.
who you callin drunk? no drunkin post. i loathe f'in bayliners. the shop where i rigged my cig was swapin a motor in one. i couldn't get over what a total POS that thing was. raw 2x4's for engine mounts. what kind of bullchit is that? you cant condone that type of contruction on anything. just how hard would it have been to glass that 10" 2x4 in during construction? it would have cost bayliner 1.50 maybe. maybe your just sensative cuz you own a baha...aren't they built across the street from bayliner.lol

metal bros racin, you can bend you fav gal over the back seat of a greyhound bus also...so whats you point? are you saying it's more fun to bone your gal in a bayliner than a greyhound rollin down highway 41.

i just bought a lil vision bass boat. the bayliners in the boat trader were listed for more than i paid for a high quality hand laid hull. only a moron would have pick a bayliner over a quality boat. thats what this post was started over in the first place.
