Re: Extreme Boats & the Chicago Poker Run
Scott Shogren's 42 Poker Run edition was one of three boats that Shogren Performance Marine entered into the event. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the 39' MTI. Scott was an event sponsor this year. He also produced his first Poker Run this year, the Windy City Poker Run.

Re: Extreme Boats & the Chicago Poker Run
There are only two things that really went wrong on the Poker Run. One was Steve from OSO was not able to make the event. We were hoping but it didn't work out. Steve still sponsored and promoted the event. Without his help and Speed Girls fantastic banner we would not have had the turnout we did.
The second thing that went wrong was Too Old aka Trick Marine sold the Sutphen. Fred had original planned to bring it to Chicago and participate in the event. RonP was going to be Navigator for Fred. From the reviews are card stops got he would have needed all the help he could get. It was going to be the end of the Trailer Queen Saga. There was even talk about inviting AudioFN to come witness the event. Unfortunately it didn't happened. Fred has been great. He sponsored are club and donated to Children's Memorial Hospital. It just shows you how many very kind hearted people we have here on OSO.

Re: Extreme Boats & the Chicago Poker Run
Next year we need an Iron man award for the boat that seems to get the most abuse. Last year deffinitly went to the yellow 25 Baja , those kids toughed out some rough $hit, And i got a little tore up . Maybe we'll ad wings as part of the hull overhaul.

I hope to have my new boat done by next years Poker Run. Maybe, just maybe this one might actually make the magazine. So far it is just white with no power. I hope my little motors fit.

Brad-WOW!!! You are not much of a BS'er.
Splash some colors on that machine and it will attract all of the magazines next year.
