Contact Dick Tryce, AKA "Mr. Gadgets" here on the board.
He is up in Holland Michigan and builds some really bullet proof drives.
One of the famous right now is the Baja in the LOTO shoot out at 109MPH with 1100+ HP.
I know a lot of people very happy with his work. I think he uses a lot of Max machine Worx stuff in the really tuff ones.

Imco @ 680 hp. In 4000lb 25' Checkmate. Broke the vertical shaft this year. I am not happy with it so far.
