charlotte / lake norman / murray areas

heading that way tommorow with the family , anything i should be aware of (bad areas) etc... never been that way before and i'm not looking for suprises.. thanks...

.... seems there is a good market for automotive refinishing , cost of living seems reasonable , biggest thing is having a place to boat , and good education for our little girl.
sooo , yeah , looking to move that-a-way... just need to see the landscape ,feel it out...
