The first is our place in Indy. Formula normally stays in storage in summer and we pull it out from time to time on the weekends but it is a bit out of place on our lake. Second is our winter place in Punta Gorda, FL. Formula stays there from thanksgiving until early May

Front of the house - a whopping 1300sqft, 40 year old Rancher. (these were during a Nor'easter so ignore the water flowing down the street). Slowly trying to renovate the house as money and time allow. Everything from the HVAC, KITCHEN, WINDOWS, DOORS was built in 65 so there is a LOT to be done. The house to the right of it is actually my childhood home so no pesky neighbors whining about boat noise (since my folks still live there).
But the cig doesn't mind the sunset.....

Thank you Tedd ,your place is sweet as well, we are in North East MD and for the most part run down to Jelly fish, Still pond ,Pools Island with an occasional joint to Inner Harbor,Red eyes and Cambridge on the Cat.
Also as a foot note, the retired gentleman that we purchased our MD Bay home from had a 42 Fountain in my current lift , they now run a 33' center console from their new home on the Florida gulf coast.
As he now boats year round he wishes they had never moved and also said their is nothing like the Chesapeake for go fasts.I guess it's all a bought what your looking for.
The ultimate to me would be to have an additional Winter crib in Florida, maybe someday!

Do Marty & Barb still live next door? They were fun people. My parents bought their old Velocity from them back in the mid 90's, and the gentleman who owned your house was the photographer at our wedding. We also new the people in the house across the canal, and I chased Buddy Trech's Fountain a few times too when we lived up there.
We always had a boat at Jackson's up the river but spent many a Friday/Saturday nights in that canal or at the Goose.
