Last time I went to the worlds, I chartered an ex navy dude who operated out of the galleon. Went cuda fishing on light tackle. What a friggin blast. Boated 12 fish in one day. Biggest was just shy of 50 lbs. Over 30lbs average. I was sore all over for a week but it was so worth it.

My wife and I took the ferry from Key West, loaded it with camping gear for the Dry Tortugas, had a kayak to fish the flats WAAAY off the shore.

Saw a bunch of tails sticking up, figured they were bonefish. Stood in the flats flyfishing for the elusive bonefish while I told my wife to snorkel around. Wife stands up "Hey I am swimming with a bunch of REALLY big bonefish! But, since they are really friendly fish, you have to find your own." Ok, let wife swim with the bonefish for another twenty minutes while I failed around with the fly rod. Putting it away, I said, "allright give me the mask and snorkel and I'll go see your fish."

Wife was back sitting in the kayak. As soon as the fish saw me, they were pissed off. One swam up to my face and displayed a nice aggressive shaking mouth full of big teeth. I was shocked...."Hey, these are not bonefish, these are six, four foot long mating barracudas!"

Nice guy huh. Hey wife, I am busy fishing, go swim with the big barracudas in a mating orgy for twenty minutes. They never showed their teeth to my wife, but were all around her. Probably figured she was a barracuda.<gg>
