Chuck Nortech is now coming out with their efi series, I would work with Ron on either the 650 or my favorite the 850 for your 36 cat.I have the 1150's with 48 hours on them, If you want big power I will make you a deal. Would be willing to trade them for your 525's. 160mph is just too fast for the lake and is overkill

Although selling to a racer will eliminate any warranty hassle, which could be worth the trade off. Obviously, this is not prime time to sell this kind of stuff.

My $.02 cents.
I think there is a mix up in your calculations Mark, true 20% is 21600. But if a racer wants to use them it is his responsibility to seal them not Chucks, so IF chuck was to sell them to a racer for 21600. the racer would have to pay to have them sealed. so the net selling price would be 21600 each.

So, the racer would be saving 20% off of new retail, plus the price of sealing and it puts him back at about retail...minus the sealing, still saving him 20%....

Guys, I think those engines are factory sealed, so a racer could just buy them and drop them in, if that is the case.
