Anybody catch Powerboat P1 on Speed Channel?
 

Anybody see the European Powerboat P1 special on the Speed Channel yesterday at 11:00 am? It was a 2004 season recap - (more to come on 2005 season I guess? - anybody know for sure?)

Lots of big water scenes!! Very cool shots of the "Fair & White" 36' Pantera...

Not sure...was trying to figure out that myself...our crew cheif got it the way you did....I do know they signed a deal for the 2006 season....speed is paying them...a FIRST for offshore racing!

Talk about big water, I was ammazed at some of that water. I dont think my boat would like some of that stuf.

What the hell did Reggie have on his head??? Looked like black cranial helmet thing you put on babies with deformed skulls. :evilb:

I did learn a lot about "Foun-Tin" power boats though. They have "dual steps" and notched transoms to "...really air out that hull...". :D :evilb:

Yes, the European scene looks pretty competitive. Some good lookin boats also.
