Is this project worth it?
Check this out.

1995 Baja 272 in my area
Sunpad upolstry torn up from sun damage. Needs trailer. 454 Mag only. Solenoid for tilting the stern drive up is bad. Engine has to be swept through, but does start and go into gear. Swim step needs to have new lamination.
BUT CHEAP!
What do you think? I would love to get my own trailer to get the overall lenght that I want (with a swing tongue) . Roughly, what does a dual axle for a 27' galvanized cost?
How much to redo the swim step and sun pad?
Good model year?
Engine too small? What would top speed be?
I would prefer newer, but is this something because of price I should pursue?
Thanks in advance for the replies!

My opinion is, that is a steep price for that boat, you can get one with a trailer and everything working for that price and with minimum interior wear. (just my .02)
