Well we were thinking of listing in the $260K range.
80 ft of sea walled frontage with a 40ft concrete patio above the sea wall. 1800 sq ft (900 up down) 3 bed, 3 bath. 2 car detached garage plus some common area parking, blacktop to the door. 2 well dock refoamed last year. 12x38 and 10x26, double pwc lift and 12K lift.
