I love the lake all year. I had my 20ft CC out on December 6th and I will get it out the next time I am up there if the ramp is open.

Its awesome to be on the water this time of year no boats and you can see the bottom even in 35-40 ft of water. I was out in mid March last year and in February the year before. I will try to get some pics of the icebergs this year if I get out and if there is any ice left.

It is actually really beautiful ..........but kind of cold so be sure to take plenty of booze to keep warm.

I was sitting in my living room yesterday morning, looked out the window and I sh*t you not, a fishing boat was hauling *ss toward detroit river. It was like 28 degrees at the time.
