Some of the worlds largest yachts are aluminum construction and they have way more electrical systems than this boat will have. There is a local 70' Striker that has been in the water 360 days a year for the past 20 years without a problem.

Good luck with it, can't wait to see how it performs once you splash it.

Outerlimits is as original as they get, so I don't think you are saying that they live in a glass house.

I respect the concept of the project, and admire the craftsmanship. I just recognized the bottom and step configuration and it raised some questions.

If it is truly unique then all the power to him.

rocket man cool boat. what allory you using and thickness you bild it out of . i'm a welder by traid 18years in it and welding alum to asme code tig and mig . jest woundering what you are using mechine and process thanks robbie. :D :drink: rogers welding and fab :drink: :drink: :drink:

Working on a spec sheet with all the info and getting a web site up.The first boat is our motor (Bush Machine ) and we have a customer out here that wants a Teague Custom Marine motor and drive so working with them also.We can also do Merccruiser. Thanks ROCKITMAN
