I'd build a huge boat house like the one Wickedwon has.

A good size building for the toys @ 150' x 300'

some kind of railway system to get the boat from the shop to the water.

And a huge Live Steam railroad, like an old amusement train, that would run all around my town :D :drink: ...I'll run the show :D :drink:
