I can't believe that guys who own offshore boats bellyache about a website like this costing 12 cents a day to use.
People come and they go- this place may not be for everybody. I miss some of the people who don't come around anymore but I enjoy some of the newer one's too.
I hope everybody (OK almost everybody ) sticks around, but if you can't, I understand. I've looked around and haven't seen anything else even close.

Got to agree with you there, although there are a few copycat sites that have popped up over the years. Even so......they are still a copycat OSO poser.

Well holy crap, I haven't posted in years, been always checking in. Wow, I feel like Im at an old family reunion. The brothers are in the back yard fighting over each other sleeping with each others wifes, My aunt is now my uncle because of the sex change, my sister has been divorced 12 times and 87 grandchildren and everyone is drunk and talking about each other, the neighbor is passed out on my rope hammock and I am just drinking beer until I get in my boat on the trailer in the back yard and put some Van Morrison on and watch as our lovely family all argues and bashes each other and the reunion ends and they all hug and leave with each others spouses.
Sounds like us here huh, I have seen so many things on OSO and met great people, some have passed some are broke, some are Rich but most of all!!!!! We all have that one thing in common.......... Boats and parties and family reunions. Hahahahah Good to see you guys again.
Oh Stecz way back on 3or4 post,
Ford was the first truck made.
Now everybody hug and make up and started a new thread about your neighbor.
I love OSO nothing has changed but the posting. It is still a great place to be.
PS Racergirl, can we get the avatar back and raise that shirt please?
Peaceout.

I'm not sure what IB threw back into OSO, but it appears they have resolved their network issues.
I seem to be able to log in and no longer have slow loading or down times.
It must have been a few hickups while moving this huge site over to their networks which I am sure was no easy task.
For the amount of time it did take to get it to run smoothly again I am sure they lost many members to other sites. From what I can tell, part of them still frequent OSO regardless of where they want to call their home.
